About Us
Moz Advisory is an independent buyer-side acquisition advisory and deal origination practice focused on thoughtful, confidential introductions between qualified buyers and private business owners.
Our role
We represent acquisition buyers only. We do not act as a seller’s listing broker, do not enter into exclusive seller engagement agreements, and do not charge fees to business owners. Our work is to identify potential acquisition opportunities, speak with owners in confidence, and make introductions where there is genuine potential alignment.
How we work
We believe discretion and clarity are essential. A conversation with Moz Advisory does not require a commitment to sell, share information, or proceed with a transaction. Any decision to engage with a buyer remains entirely with the business owner.
